Summary:
Responsible for multiple accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expensing payables, maintaining bank accounts, and verifying deposits.
Reconciling General Ledger accounts and analyzing financial data.
This position will involve onboarding new employees and all other Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain account balances daily & reconcile bank accounts monthly.
Bi-Weekly payroll through ADP and Weekly Temp Agency Payroll Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze financial data.
Assist with financial and regulatory audits.
Manage the accounts payable process, including check/ACH payment generation.
Manage account receivables with applying payments and following up on past due invoices.
New hire processing Keep updated on all federal and state taxes or labor laws.
Order Office Supplies Monthly Commission Reports Office Management Administrative Support File and Document Management Recruitment and Staffing Performance Management Education/Requirements:
Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred 2
years of accounting experience preferred Strong analytic skills preferred Hard working personality Able to Multitask Experience in Quickbooks or accounting software Experience in ADP Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
